Washington, D.C. — Today, the Co-Chairs of the House Sustainable Energy and Environment Coalition (SEEC) Clean Energy Deployment Task Force, Representatives Sean Casten (IL-06) and Mike Levin (CA-49), joined a forum between SEEC and the Senate Climate Change Task Force to spotlight transmission policies that would improve electric grid reliability, bolster system resiliency, and advance clean energy economy across the United States. The Senate Climate Change Task Force is co-chaired by Senators Edward Markey (D-MA) and Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI). They were joined by 18 of their colleagues.
